No. IP Commerce toolkits and APIs are provided at no cost and IP Commerce does not charge developers for core transactional services*. Based on project requirements, additional value-added capabilities and modules which enhance workflow and expedite development efforts may be available for a fee. Additional services are not required and are typically priced at wholesale costs to allow markup. Registered users are encouraged to explore available commerce APIs from the Integration section of IP Commerce.

Certification ensures that applications comply with IP Commerce specifications and other service-specific standards, and are ready to properly transact.
